Hello, welcome to PunkFit at Scale the Heights Gym Coventry.
We are a small independent gym in Binley, Coventry specialising in strength and conditioning for all abilities. No machines, no mirrors, no egos. Our aim is to help people to move well often and live a healthier, happier lifestyle. We use weightlifting, body weight movements, kettlebells, endurance training and much more.
Our PunkFit program has 2 types of sessions.
Coached sessions are small group training following our strength and conditioning programming. These change daily across evolving biases through the year. Designed for all abilities who want be fitter, stronger and healthier progressively for longer. Sessions have no more than 10 in each so our members get a lot of attention in the process.
Instructed sessions are more simplistic low skill high rep sweaty classes for aerobic development. These are open to non-members.
Our memberships are great value for money. We offer small group personal training on a daily basis at a monthly cost less than your typical price of 2 personal training sessions locally. Choose either a Gold membership option for unlimited sessions, or a Silver membership for 6 sessions a month.
We pride ourselves on being an alternative to the traditional commercial training facilities, offering a personable gym with a wealth of experience coaching all abilities. We began using functional fitness to improve people suffering with post traumatic injuries, then travelled the country giving seminars about what our methods, then became a series of national fitness events, and now we’ve returned to our roots coaching people daily to move well often. Through all of this we have managed to keep our DIY punk ethic.
